The Story Behind Let’s Talk Property

Hi, we’re Dillon & Matthew — the duo behind Let’s Talk Property.

Since 2014, we’ve had the privilege of working closely with veteran property investors who’ve quietly built their wealth through a safe, systematic approach to real estate — and surprisingly, many of them did it without using much of their savings.

That experience opened our eyes. We discovered the secret to what’s now known as Asset Progression — a proven way to grow one’s property portfolio strategically and sustainably, without financial strain.

Practising What We Preach

We didn’t just teach this framework — we lived it.

Using our own Asset Elevation Strategy and property investment fundamentals, we took the leap ourselves and invested in a Core Central Region condominium during the Covid-19 period at about $2,400 psf.

Fast forward to today, similar 1-bedroom units in the area are transacting above $3,000 psf.
That’s the power of having a clear roadmap, sound analysis, and the confidence to act when opportunity strikes.
