At the same time, they even drove us around show flats to hunt for our next house and as if all stars were aligned, we also secured our next house before the price increased in another one week’s time. All because of their efficiency and commitment, we were always given very prompt advice on what to expect and prepare for each step. Dedication. During our first month of rental stay, they would drop by to see if we need any help. Matthew even went the extra mile to help us move furniture, buy replacement light bulbs, help us fix etc. Commitment. Practicality, assurance, dedication and commitment. Obviously it's natural to be skeptical about anything you see on the Internet especially if it's something that involves huge amount of time and money. You probably have seen or heard from close friends or relatives about horrible real estate agents who is in for the $ but couldn't care less about... the financial toll it will be for your future,so they will keep pushing/upsell you to upgrade (particularly condominiums). Thank God we stumbled on letstalkproperty Facebook page. We're so grateful that we met them before other agents that we were considering. They work wonders and their team effort is unparalleled. They will plan out your finances and timeline "swee swee". They are also a good problem solver, from a last minute buyer back out to seller complicated extension requirements, they managed to handle the situation effectively. I'm working shifts, so believe me when I said this, they're literally available to assist your queries 24/7. Once I called them up at 3 in the morning while at work because of my concern due to the buyer last minute back out from the deal.
