Obviously it's natural to be skeptical about anything you see on the Internet especially if it's something that involves huge amount of time and money. You probably have seen or heard from close friends or relatives about horrible real estate agents who is in for the $ but couldn't care less about... the financial toll it will be for your future,so they will keep pushing/upsell you to upgrade (particularly condominiums). Thank God we stumbled on letstalkproperty Facebook page. We're so grateful that we met them before other agents that we were considering. They work wonders and their team effort is unparalleled. They will plan out your finances and timeline "swee swee". They are also a good problem solver, from a last minute buyer back out to seller complicated extension requirements, they managed to handle the situation effectively.
