This wasn’t an easy sale. The unit, located on a low floor and facing a slip road toward the expressway, had concerns about noise. Additionally, one of the common bedrooms faced west, inviting the afternoon sun. These factors made some buyers hesitate.
When we took over, the unit had received little to no offers. It was marketed as bare—with no lights or even electricity switched on. We immediately guided the seller to turn on the electricity, install proper lighting, and apply for defect checks.
