We would like to send a note of heartfelt appreciation to Matthew and Dillon for their excellent service throughout the entire process of our recent property transaction.

Since... our very first meeting a year ago, they have been very forthcoming and honest by setting a clear and realistic plan for us through their experience. There was no overly optimistic projection from them and they respectfully advise us to think through before making the right and informed decision on our side. Everything that was planned was guided by the simple principle of whether it was realistic for us or not, which was the main reason we placed our trust in them since then. Practicality.

At the same time, they even drove us around show flats to hunt for our next house and as if all stars were aligned, we also secured our next house before the price increased in another one week’s time. All because of their efficiency and commitment, we were always given very prompt advice on what to expect and prepare for each step. Dedication.

During our first month of rental stay, they would drop by to see if we need any help. Matthew even went the extra mile to help us move furniture, buy replacement light bulbs, help us fix etc. Commitment.

They are able to give genuine advise and recommendation in which we find them truly sincere and touched us when they would go beyond their scope to... render us assistance.

Passionate - They are passionate in what they do, helped us to know what exactly we want, let us understand the possible options to grow our assets.

Outstanding - They provided outstanding and professional service to us where they were very patience... with us while we were trying to figure our goals in life back then. They were able to address our concerns and provided solutions to our situation and challenges. They helped us to sell off the house in just two viewings in less than 1 week!!
